All members of Columbus Meeting Rooms get access to our mobile app. The Mobile app provides access to our member management portal. Each user/member of your team needs to use the app so that their smart phone will let them into the buildings and through other access controlled areas. Additional the member meeting room app is used to book the various meeting spaces that we offer. Members are able to book meeting room use within the credits allocated in their plan. The amount of booking credits used to book a space may vary by size, privacy, room amenities and location. The meeting room booking app also shows members all upcoming bookings and if there are additional fees due for bookings they can make payment for those bookings.
