All members of Columbus Meeting Rooms get access to our mobile app. The Mobile app provides access to our member management portal. Each user/member of your team needs to use the app so that their smart phone will let them into the buildings and through other access controlled areas. Additionally, the member meeting room app is used to book the various meeting spaces that we offer. Members are able to book meeting room use within the credits allocated in their plan. The amount of booking credits used to book a space may vary by size, privacy, room amenities and location. The meeting room booking app also shows members all upcoming bookings and if there are additional fees due for bookings they can make payment for those bookings.
Grove City Members
Grove City Meeting Rooms offers three unique meeting rooms. The Grow Room is modern and includes a flat screen & white board. The Connection Room includes an 8 ft white board and flat screen tv. The Catalyst room is our largest meeting room that seats 12 people at tables and also includes a rolling white board and flat screen tv.
London Members
London Meeting Room members have member booking app access to book three unique types of spaces. The main area has tables and a coffee bar that offer reserved seating for your coffee meeting. There is also a private meeting room with a flat screen tv. Unique to London is our Livestream Studio. Members may reserve this for filming video or livestreams. It is fully equipped with multiple cameras, lights, video switch and mics. Assistance is available for this resource.
Pickerington Members
Pickerington Meeting Room members may use the meeting room booking app to reserve the main meeting room that includes a rolling white board and flat screen tv. This room has glass french doors for privacy and openness. Pickerington also offers several cafe style tables and our self serve coffee bar so members can book reserved seating for their coffee meeting. The coffee bar includes coffee, espresso and tea.
